Certified Research Specialist (CRS)™ Program FAQs

1. Is the CRS program online?

Yes, the program is entirely online, with the examination proctored via Zoom.

2. Are there any trainings or review sessions available?

Yes, there are self-paced review sessions. Enrollees will be given access to a Google Classroom where review materials are uploaded.

3. What if I fail the exam? Do I need to pay again?

If you fail, you can retake the exam, but you must pay a re-examination fee of ₱500.

4. What is the validity of the CRS certificate?

The certificate has lifetime validity.

5. Do you issue an official receipt?

Yes, we issue official receipts as we are registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

6. What does the registration fee include?

The fee covers the soft copies of the Certificate of Enrollment, Certificate of Completion, Diploma Certificate, Transcript of Records (TOR), and Certificate of Rating.

7. Can we request a hard copy of the certificates? 

Yes. You will be the one to pay the shipping and handling fee, printing of the certificates, and official ID (PVC type).

9. What is the minimum requirement?

Minimum Requirement of the examinee is Bachelor's Degree.

10. How long does it take to know the examination result?

Results are released 1 week after the examination day.

11. Is the CRS program accredited?

The CRS program is currently awaiting the certificate with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) under Trademark Application Number: 42024509013, designating us as the sole provider of this certification. Our training center, Visionary Training Center, is accredited by the CPD group of the UK, ensuring that our courses and certifications are internationally recognized.

Please also take note that we operate independently and have the authority to offer our own specialized courses and issue corresponding certifications.

The examination is a 65-item test, consisting entirely of multiple-choice questions.
